Erasmus + Training courses in France 2026

 

Yoga & meditation
Place: Lille (old town), north of France 
Duration: 5 days 
Dates: 9-13 march 2026

4-8 May 2026

This Erasmus+ training course is an invitation to explore yoga and meditation.
You will learn about  yoga (asanas and pranayama) , breathing techniques and relaxation.
You will learn to focus your mind and manage stress.
Open yourself to others and explore well-being with us.

The course takes place in a yoga center in the old town in Lille.
The ambiance and atmosphere is perfect to learn and share in small group (max 12).

Timetable : 8:30 am to 12 am every day

 

By the end of this course, participants will be able to:

Understand the fundamental principles of yoga and meditation; benefits of practicing every day;

Learn practical mindfulness techniques;

Develop strategies for managing stress and enhancing well-being;

Explore ways to create more balanced and harmonious environments;

Build resilience through mindful practices;

Understand how to incorporate simple mindfulness exercises into daily routines;

Learn techniques for improving focus and concentration.

Our course combines various learning approaches:
Practical Sessions: Hands-on experience with meditation and yoga
Group Activities: Collaborative learning and sharing
Personal Reflection: Guided self-reflection exercises
Implementation

Planning: Creating sustainable practice routines
Discussion Forums: Sharing experiences and insights

Assessment includes:
Daily practice reflections
Group participation
Action plan development
Final reflection exercise

Participants will receive by email the pdf course.

Mats are in the yoga center. You can bring: Comfortable clothing , water, notebook and pen. 

Near by the center you have cafés, restaurants, etc... 

Certification details:

  • Learning agreement to sign before the mobility

  • Europass Mobility Certificate
