Project activities: “Job shadowing” > observation period in 3 structures similar and/or complementary to MC Entity in Italy, Portugal and Czech Republic for 4 full days.
MC Entity's mission is to bring together talented people and invent creative projects that bring together different disciplines and skills. MC Entity is a structure that we want to make sustainable.
We wrote this project to develop the structure, acquire new skills, modernize ourselves and offer European opportunities to those who know little about E+ program.
The key areas in which we work are: European project management, entrepreneurship, personal development, creativity / artistic techniques / culture; EU knowledge/citizenship; media & communications.
We want to help people to manage their own projects, develop skills and offer lifelong learning; get to know new tools, methodologies and explore new approaches. To learn effectively, we decided to observe 3 different structures in Italy, Czech Republic and Portugal. Our goal is to acquire the appropriate skills to manage future projects including different themes.
The mobility activities are: guided tour of each structure, presentation of the staff and an overview of the section of their European projects; discover the activities & interests of each structure (examples: environmental protection, workshop on regional traditions, youth initiatives, artistic workshops), preparation of future projects, visit of the region, intercultural event, local customs. All activities will be linked to our key developing areas.
The objective of MC Entity is to observe how each entity manages its European projects by combining centers of interest in the proposals; how to encourage young people to lead and take initiative; how to promote your region & its culture, how to sublimate the particularities to offer original activities and ambitious projects.
Job shadowing mobilities
ITALY
1st mobility realized in October 2021 in the association JUMP - Gioventù in riSalto.
It's located in Soverato in the Calabrian region.
During that week we met people from Italy, Lituania, Latvia, Germany, Greece.
We shared European experiences and learned about innovative educational methods & emotional intelligence.

PORTUGAL
2nd mobility in Portugal in April 2022 in the association Arte M (Madeira Island)
It’s a cultural and artistic association in the center of Funchal.
They have a nice Art food corner next to their Artshop. And also the Art center called caravel that is a gallery welcoming different International artists.
We discovered their EU project department, current Erasmus + projects, their local activities with refugees of Ukraine, locals artists, volunteers and trainers.

CZECH REPUBLIC
3rd mobility in Czech Republic in April 2022 in the association Anatolia
Anatolia provides different trainings and job shadowing all around Europe.
They hosted us in Prague with others groups.
We discovered Czech artistic and cultural environment visiting different Art galleries, local entrepreneurs, museums. We talked about project management and educational experiences in museums.
